Guided Meditation - Journeys

Guided Meditations or Journey work can be performed for a variety of reasons. Most often the purpose of group sessions is to connect folx with a spirit guide, facilitate shadow work and healing, and to introduce them to the vast inner world of their psyche. These sessions can be amplified by adding plant medicines like cacao, or other herbal allies that heighten our intuitve nature.

Seasonal journeys help us attune to the energies of the turning wheel of the year, and help us make the shift during the in between times as we shift from season to season.

Private and individual sessions can be tailored to the needs of the group or individual. All sessions follow a similar structure.

Divination: Your Voice as Oracle

This course is an overview of divination practices, and begins with tools to access your oracle sate of being, then dives into practical application with some hands on divination experience.

Tools to access your innate oracular state:
- Breathwork
- Guided meditation
- Protective measures
- Hands-on Ritual
Developing intuition through poetic speech.
Symbolism - the lifelong process of deeping knowledge to support spirit guidance.
Divination topics:
Scrying or Gazing (fire, water, smoke, cryastals), Bone Throwing, Pattern Reading, Tarot.
Practial Application with Tarot and scrying.
